As you are reading this post I have already begun my journey to New York City for the first time ever! I am so excited to visit the Big Apple, I have seen it in many movies and heard amazing testimonies from friends who have been. I am very excited to visit one of the largest fashion capitals in the world and I am quite sure I will feel right at home! I can imagine having a lot of difficulty dragging myself  onto the plane to come back to Ireland …
So in the spirit of holidays I have dug out these pictures which I had not yet shared with you from my fabulous holiday in Marbella last Summer.
It is funny that I am travelling to NYC with the exact same luggage as I took to Spain, but with very different content. Marbella was all about the little summer dresses, like this sequin one from River Island, and cute sandals like this pair, my favourite of Summer ’12, from Zara. My NYC wardrobe will consist of UGG boots, wooly jumpers and winter scarves but never the less the excitement is every bit as epic.
I would love to hear any of your tips for where to visit and most importantly where to shop and in the mean time I hope you enjoy a little summer reminiscing with these sparkly photographs!

    Love the sparkly dress! You're going to have a great time here, especially now that it's Christmastime! You should definitely walk down 5th avenue to see the holiday displays & Rockefeller tree and a great place to shop is also down in SoHo. By the theater district are a lot of amazing restaurants to eat too 🙂
