On Monday I arrived in New York City for a bit of Christmas shopping, some exciting blog meetings and to experience a city that I have always dreamed of visiting but until now had never got the chance!
I always knew I would be blown away by this spectacular place but never in my wildest dreams did I expect it to live up to every expectation I had from movies, television etc.
From the second I set foot off the plane at JFK airport my jaw has been hanging open in sheer amazement at this stunning city and all it has to offer! Our hotel is situated right in Times Square so we are in the heart of the action and I am loving every minute!
As advised by a lot of my followers and friends, we made our way to Woodbury Common on our second day, an outlet village situated in New Jersey featuring a large number of designer stores with huge discounts to be found.
I did manage to pick up a few bargains and snap some pics which I have shared below! Although I definitely would advise the trip to Woodbury, I am very much looking forward to hitting the shops on 5th Avenue later today!
Thanks to everyone of you who has offered tips and advice so far! I hope you enjoy my pics from the Big Apple as I can say, without doubt, that I will have a blast taking them!!!
