Today my boyfriend and I went for a beautiful (but cold) walk to a stunning waterfall in Clonmany in Co. Donegal. We timed it just right so that we missed the rainfalls and got the chance to experience the incredible scenery as we strolled along the path.

Around each new corner, there was an even more incredible view and some lovely new friends which I became acquainted with along the way. There were some gorgeous Shetland Ponies, a Donkey and even a little Ram whom, awkwardly enough, had decided to wear the same outfit as me… cringe! 

I wrapped up warm in a faux fur jacket that, believe it or not, I received as a gift when I was 13 years of age… and I absolutely hated it at the time but now I just love it. It’s ideal for this cold weather spell that we have been having and matched with my Russian hat, made the perfect combination for the icy journey chasing waterfalls!
