The City Walls

So whilst I am still waiting to gather up a lot of the photographers pictures from my fashion show last week, I am currently preparing for my latest fashion adventure, Essex Fashion Week.

I leave in the morning for London and I am super excited to share both pictures from Essex and my show with you in the coming week.

In the meantime, here is my outfit choices for one of my best friends, Stacey’s Hen Parties a few weeks back.

We stayed in Derry/Londonderry in the Tower Hotel overlooking the city walls, which are engulfed with such history and culture, had cocktails and tapas in Karma and boogied the night away in Sugar nightclub! The perfect ingredients for a fabulous weekend with friends.

For the first night of the Hen Party, we decided to keep it simple and casual so I opted for this turtle neck t-shirt dress and glammed it up with a statement necklace, both from River Island.

The second night, however was not quite so simple as we went for a burlesque theme, as you can see in the last picture. I love to get dressed up in costume and this was was particularly fun with corsets and tutu’s everywhere. In true “Nicola” style, mine of course had to be leopard print!

If the hen party was anything to go by, I can only imagine what the wedding will be like next weekend!
