The Buff Day Spa

Last week, when I was snowed under with a mountain of stress due to college assignments and work, my wonderful Mum surprised me with an early Christmas present – A day of relaxation at the “The Buff Day Spa” on South King St, Dublin.

I received a swedish, full body massage, an indian head massage and a deluxe facial. The only word I can use to describe them all is AMAZING.

For the first time in so long I totally chilled out and enjoyed every minute of it.

The facial was tailored to my skin type, using the “Dermalogica” products and from someone who comitted the cardinal sin of beauty and used facewipes all their adult life, I have now been converted and have invested in the entire Dermalogica range. Definitely my new addiction!!

Hidden away in the heart of Dublin, The Buff Day spa is a little gem of tranquility among the hustle and bustle of the city. The changing room with the luxurious robes and slippers sets the tone of relaxation before you even get to the treatment area and when you do you are transported to another world.
