Scoil Mhuire Fashion Extravaganza

A few weeks back my old secondary school, Scoil Mhuire, Buncrana ran a fashion show at the Inishowen Gateway Hotel and I was delighted to be asked to take part.
Not only did I get to model some beautiful clothes by Una Rodden/Identity Boutique and Edel McBride Knitwear but I also got to host a style workshop about restyling the “Little Black Dress” where I showed the audience how many different outfits can be created from one simple LBD.
I also invited some volunteers up from the audience to compete against each other by styling their own dress and through audience applause we chose Orla O Hagan as the winner for her quirky and contemporary look.
It was so much fun to be working alongside past and present teachers and pupils from the school and an honour to be invited back as a guest on the night!
My hair and make up for the show was style by Tara Henderson International and I absolutely loved it! Its not often you get to rock such “way out” styles so when I do I take full advantage!
I would like to say a huge thank you to Inspired photography for the use of their fab images.
I’d also like to thank and congratulate Miss Joanna Weston for organising the show and for asking me to be a part of it! I thoroughly enjoyed it and almost felt like I had been transported back in time to my school days!
