One would be forgiven for thinking that these photographs were a continuation of my holiday pics, when in actual fact this beautiful scenery is right on my doorstep on the River Foyle.
On my first weekend back in Ireland, a friend of mine had the wonderful idea of renting the boat “The Maid of Antrim” and taking a trip along the River from Derry/Londonderry in Northern Ireland right down to Redcastle across the border in the south, and back. We were so blessed with the weather. It was the most gorgeous evening and we got to watch the sunset reflecting on the calm water of the usually ferocious River Foyle. It was the perfect way to break myself in, to the reality of being home from holidays.
I had no idea what to wear for this boat party, I knew it would be cold on the water, but I also had newly tanned skin to make the most of before it quickly faded so I compromised by wearing a dressy Summer outfit and coming armed with a Faux fur coat and Winter boots.
I chose a beaded crop top from Identity boutique, a Jack Wills skirt and snake-print heels from Topshop. I accessorised the outfit with a stunning pair of earrings specially made for me by E-Dazzles Jewellery and a skull handbag which I purchased in a funky little boutique in Crete called “Epiloges”. As the evening progressed and the cold air set in, I soon replaced my heels with my Australia Luxe studded boots and my jacket from boohoo.com.

Some of my most favourite photographs are the ones that are natural and unposed, which is why I have included so many silly pictures of myself and my friends dancing and having fun.
I had an amazing evening on “The Maid of Antrim” and I hope you like my look for the occasion.
