Well its that time of year again! The Man Time fashion show is back and this time it will be bigger and better than ever before!
The 22nd of November at 7pm will see City Hall come alive with all things masculine as it plays host to the second official Man-Time fashion show.
Our Events NI are the brains behind the operation which will be held in conjunction with the charity, “Movember”. This charity encourages men to grow their own “tache” for the month of November raising both money and awareness of Men’s cancer, particularly testicular and prostrate.
With the support of the Lord Mayor of Belfast (seen modelling a moustache himself in the pictures below) the show is set to be stellar when it comes to fashion for a cause!
Man-Time is the first event of its kind, showcasing Men only fashion, to hit Northern Ireland and if the response from the first show is anything to go by, this one will be a raging success.
The show promises unique and wonderful fashion lines from talented Northern Irish designers such as Nor-Lisa Fashion, Sean Henry of Van Der Simon and Dave Henderson! Even my fellow bloggers “Fashion Creep” are getting in on the action with an exclusive range of reworked and customised jackets. Celeb stylist, Mr Jason Shankey (pictured below) will be on hand to make sure each of the models are perfectly groomed and that their own moustaches are flawlessly presented.
The moustache will play a key role in this seasons proceedings so I had to get involved myself, sporting, what I was disturbingly told was a rather fetching moustache of my own!
You may remember my coverage from the first official Man-Time show which was a huge success with the press release, SEEN HERE and the actual event SEEN HERE.
This was probably one of my favourite events from last season! I got to play with the concept of androgyny, embracing a style that a lot of women fear. For my first post about the show I went for a classic tuxedo style with a white shirt and bow-tie, for the show itself I sported a Top hat and tails… and for this one I wanted to do something a little different. So what better than to throw on an oversized mans shirt, a sloppy tie, paint a moustache, grab a guitar and rock out!
Be sure not to miss this event, if you are a man looking for some fashion tips for the new season! Also one not to be missed for the ladies, looking to treat the man in their lives or maybe looking to treat themselves with a bit of eye-candy on the catwalk!
