HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY TO “THE SEQUIN CINDERELLA”
One year ago today I started out on a journey, of which I didn’t quite know the destination…
I began this blog with no idea of where it could go or how much I could achieve in just one short year. Looking back on it now I am totally overwhelmed by the incredible response “The Sequin Cinderella” has received the world over and the wonderful opportunities I have been given as a result.
I have been invited to preview designer collections from Dublin to New York and many in between.
I have worked with fabulous fashion houses such as Louis Vuitton, River Island, Boohoo.com, to name but a few. I have attended some spectacular events, mingled with the fashion elite and had the chance to wear some stunning outfits along the way!
I even qualified as a finalist for a Blog Award which was perhaps my proudest achievement to date.
Below you will see a collection of snapshots from some of the biggest events and collaborations I have been lucky enough to be involved in over the past year.
To date the blog has received over 120,000 hits, has almost 1000 members, over 1500 facebook likes, over 2000 twitter followers and an enormous amount of press coverage. I could not be more proud or more grateful to everyone who made this possible.
I am already looking forward to 2013 and all the amazing projects it will bring my way!
I am so very excited to share those with you over the coming months.
So today, as the world keeps turning, sit back, relax, have a glass of champers and join me in a toast to my wonderful followers and to “The Sequin Cinderella” on its 1st Birthday!
