There is nothing like a statement t-shirt to convey a mood. If you can’t say it with words, say it with style instead.
When I saw this t-shirt from boohoo.com I had to have it! I have always loved oversized t-shirts but with this one I also got a whole lot of attitude! You can tell by my poses the exact amount of rebellious confidence instilled by wearing this one.
The message, although conveying no meaning in particular… in a way still felt like a protest of sorts…
While wearing it, I was reminded of my favourite lyrics from an Emeli Sande song
♫You’ve got a heart as loud as lions so why let your voice be tamed?”♫
If you have something to say, say it loud and say it proud in any way that you can!
I couldn’t help but contrast the look a little by posing with my favourite holiday accessory, my girly, pink lilo. I loved the sheer contradiction between the strong slogan t-shirt and the delicate toy.
In a way it sums up my personality… strong and independent yet still a big child at heart!
