This season the “Baroque” trend has been huge, appearing on runways world wide and emerging from many designers and high street stores. As a lover of all things dramatic and creative, I am fascinated by clothing that represents a specific era or a movement.
This jacket which I picked up from “Living Dead Souls” is such an eye-catching piece, almost verging on theatrical, but never being one to shy away from statement clothing, I just had to have it. Keeping the rest of the outfit simple with plain black leggings and my black Jeffrey Campbell boots, I let the jacket speak for itself.
I was lucky enough to be styled by the incredibly talented “Tara Henderson” who did my hair and makeup for this shoot. I even chose to take the pictures in her beautiful salon, where key pieces like her wonderful vintage style mirrors matched perfectly with my chosen look for the day!
