Its beginning to feel more and more like autumn and although this fills me with dread that the summer is over, it also fills me with excitement for all the wardrobe possibilities that the colder weather brings!

On this slightly colder evening I traded in my summer sandals for my Jeffrey Campbell ankle boots and my light floaty dresses for a leatherette version from H&M.

They say that every girl should have a LBD – a little black dress which will carry you through any type of occasion. Well, if you are in anyway like me you will probably have several “LBD”s”. However, I like to think of this one as my “fall back” choice. It is the one I reach for when I have absolutely no idea what to wear, or when I am having one of those “Drama Queen” days when nothing else looks good and my whole wardrobe ends up on the floor!

For this particular day, I went for some rock chick accessories with lots of silver and studs but I decided to add some glamour to the look with an Hermés “Birkin” handbag. No matter what I am wearing, this handbag always makes me feel truly elegant.
